I ordered flowers from a local florist who I hadn’t previously used. The ordering process was easy to follow, there were many arrangements to choose from and same day delivery was offered, everything I was looking for! The flower arrangement delivered was exactly what I expected from the picture and the person I sent the flowers to loves them! Thank you!

The bouquet I ordered did arrive and it pretty much looked like the photo, but I got an e-mail telling me it had arrived on the day I asked for, the 13th, the day of my friend's birthday. It did not. It arrived on the 14th. I will probably order again from Florals by Kait because I like to buy local and the arrangement was pretty and imaginative. But the fact that it arrived a day late without any notification--Quite the contrary, I was notified it had arrived on time--is why I'm only giving this business 4 stars rather than 5. We had a snow storm the morning of the 13th, so I get it that there was a reason for the delay, but I should have been notified of the delay. I'm going to order from this florist again because I really like the arrangements but I won't continue to do so if this kind of thing happens again.
